Household Repair Ledger is provided by Xiayu Xu. This policy covers the app and this support website.

Your household records

Asset names, rooms, model and serial numbers, purchase and warranty dates, repairs, costs, notes, reminders, and imported photos or PDFs are stored locally inside the app. The app does not send these records to the developer and has no account, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK.

Photos, files and reminders

The system photo picker shares only items you select. File imports copy originals into the app; source files are unchanged. Local notifications are optional and require your permission. Notification text may appear on your lock screen according to your iOS settings. No camera, contacts or location permission is requested.

Exports and backups

PDF packets and backups can contain personal information. Review them before using the iOS share sheet or saving them to a location you control. A recipient or storage provider then handles that copy under its own policies. iOS device backups may include app data depending on your settings. This app provides no developer-operated cloud sync and does not claim end-to-end encryption.

Purchases

The app is a single paid download with no in-app purchases or subscription. Apple processes purchases and may provide the developer with aggregate sales reports. We do not receive your payment card information.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and files you choose to attach. We use them to answer your request and resolve issues. Please omit private household records unless needed. The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical request data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. This website contains no added analytics, ad scripts, forms or third-party fonts. See Netlify’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for their services.

Control and deletion

Edit or delete individual records in the app. Settings → Delete all records & originals erases the current ledger and its local recovery snapshot. Export a backup first if needed. Copies you previously shared, saved to Files or included in device backups must be managed separately. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to records we must retain.
