Terms of use.

Household Repair Ledger is a personal record-keeping utility provided by Xiayu Xu. Use it to organize information you own or are authorized to store.

App purchase

The app is offered as a one-time paid download with all current features included. There is no in-app subscription or recurring service charge. The App Store displays the price in your region. Purchases, redownloads and refund requests are handled by Apple under its terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app.

Your records and responsibility

You retain your rights in your records and imported documents. Check entries and generated reports before relying on or sharing them. Keep independent backups; the app stores data locally and does not provide an operated recovery or sync service. Deletion and uninstalling may remove local data.

Product boundaries

This app records repair history and dates. It does not determine warranty coverage, provide repair instructions or professional advice, value property, submit insurance claims, book contractors, or guarantee notification delivery. PDF documents are derived reports, not certifications. Original source documents remain the authority for their contents.

Availability and support
